Could my new baby iguana be sick?

I would say stop handling him, keep him warm, and leave him alone. if he really dosen't eat in the next day or so you can get a reptile appetite stimulant and try that. If he dosen't eat before the deadline to return him, I would take him back and get another one. Just try not to handle him until he is better established next time.
