Don't do anything below the belt until you can at least 16! Seriously! You'll regret it later because you didn't wait for a guy you know is really truly special. I understand that you're 13 and able to date and everything, but he's not even fully developed yet and you aren't either. Also, if he's like most young teens, he'll definitely go around bragging about it. Just wait until you're older and completely ready. If you were ready for any of this, you wouldn't be asking. So for now, just stick to kissing, okay? Especially since you're not even dating, and even then I would tell you to wait until you're 16 and have been dating the guy for at least a few months. Just wait. Plus, you can make him happy without doing anything ual.
