What's on your menu for The 4th of July celebration day?

My Lil Sweety and I will be celebrating the 4th with my family at my sister and bro-in-law's house, (they have a swimming pool, horse shoe pits, and a shaded picnic area:) and we'll be consuming grilled hot dogs, brats, baked beans, mac-salad/tuna, tater chips, and the adults will be nursing various alcohol related beverages, and the kiddies will have their choice of several types of sodas, Koolaid, juice, and water, and to top off the evening my brother and I will be entertaining the family with a large display of cl B fire works.
