Me and my BF... Help With Summer!?

ok, well its been about... 9 monthes me and my bf, Wes, have been going out. Well summer is almost here and i am cherishing every moment before we go seperate ways for summer, He will stay in the town that we live in, and i will be going 10 diffrent places, for about 1 1/2 monthes. I will go to Washington D.C for a honors school trip, Portland Oregon, to baby sit my cusins for my aunt & uncle for about 1/2 a month, Go to Salt Lake City Utha for about 3/4 of a month with my dad {dont want to, but being forced to} and i wont be able to see him until i get back which is in late July. How do i keep in touch with him, i have a restricted cell phone, my moms REALLY strict, and i have LIMETED INTERNET, my moms EXTREAMLY strict, over all, my mom will be looking over my phone wills to see if i called him, and she has my pword for my yahoo... i dont have a clue how too keep in touch with him over summer... Help please?
