Want to open a soft drink company?

Ihv got some idea to make soft drink,and i really want to go for it,and open a small company in UK.but is there any goverment regulations or laws to make soft drinks and company?like do i have to send my drink somewhere to test it to get the approval?or is there any regulation to use additives?such as is there any regulation to use sugar in the drink?or i can use the level as i want?
