Does he have a camera?!?! HELP!

So i have been talking to this guy for a while that lives in Wales. And i thought i loved him. Today he told me that he hadn't eaten anything i was really worried so i asked him "well how many calories do you usually have in a day?" and then he didn't know what a calorie was so i said brb and i got a jug of milk and tried to explain it to him. But then he said "can you hold the milk closer to the screen?" i don't have a webcam or anything so i said "what do you mean? why?" and then he said "so i can see it better." Then i said "how can you see it?" and he wouldn't answer. Then he said he could see me sitting on my bed in my pjs and i asked him how but he only said that i had told him i was sitting on my bed in my pjs. and i had told him that. Then i asked him if he had any sort of camera connected to me or my computer or my house and he said i was being silly so i said "Swear on you ******* life you don't have any cameras connected to my computer!" and he wouldn't. Is there any possible way he could have hacked my computer and set up and camera that i cannot see but he can see me. I don't have a webcam or anything like that. Please i am really scared and i need to know.
