I was wondering, would it be possible to make creamy cheddar cheese, I want to make jalape�o poppers and also Jalape�o and Cheddar stuffed burgers, but I cant seem to get the cheddar to be both creamy and solid enough so it does not smother. Anyone have any idea or help?
