Famine in Somalia, Kenya?

watching on the news. The lines and lines of every single woman with children, also new born babies. Shouldnt the money that is sent to Unicef from western countries, also be spent on putting these women, on contraception. News says it is child famine, well of course it would be. These women have nothing better to do, then populate these countries, and expect other countries to feed them. If they cant feed them..then dont have them. These countries are saying that western countries, are not doing enough to help out with this famine. That this is a world issue. What are your views on this?
