How do you feel about that 'male enhancer' being advertised on TV-women lined up looking expectantly at BOB?

Its probably an unregualted herbal concoction, that is probably harmless but also useless. I'm guessing pure placebo effect, but if you got money itching to leave your pocket, try it.
