When you think about your crush...?

Ususally, I feel like I want to puke (in a good way), especially when I think of telling her I like her (I've been friends for a while with her bro, had a falling out, started to like her.) Is this all normal? is anyone going through or have you gone through the same thing? I need help. Oh, and I think I like multiple women, but I can't help it. Any hate, sympathy, or advise on that would be appriciated. While I'm at it, should I post a video on YouTube professing my love for her? Please answer all.
