Where is the best vacation spot in March?

There's a great book out called Where to Go When......It tells of all spots around the globe and why it's good to go in a particular month....Check out your local library.......Mine carries it......So do most bookstores....It runs around 35.00....Enjoy your travels.........I'm do for somewhere new soon !!
