Bird with a bleeding broken leg?

my african grey just bitted my atiel leg and its broken from the knee and bleeding. I put its leg under the running water and then i wrapped it up with cleanex then put alot of scotch tabe around it. what do i do next. can i put human antibiotic on it. I think she lost alot of blood.
