How do i live with my dad?

Me and my dad both want me to live with him,my stepmom and my sisters and brothers in biloxi mississippi. My mom says she dosent want me too and all that crap. Im 13 almost 14. How can i go live with my dad,even tho my mom dosent want me too. She has custody of me right nowww.
