Which is the better option for my dress?

I have to go to a wedding in May. The dress I'm wearing is a spaghetti strap backless. The straps are so thin that I'm just going to treat it like a strapless. I'm a D cup so have to wear a bra. I've never worn a dress like this before. I found 2 options. One looks like stickers that I just stick and they say it'll hold my up. The other thing I found is silicon and looks like a bra without straps or back. The instructions say that there's adhesive inside and it'll push my s up. Which one is the better option?
